What's up with these few months?

May
Exam started on 14th May and it ended on 21st July.
In just 1 week, I ended my final year examination. I started my full revision on Feb, went for my prelim examination and revisions.

Had a week of break before heading back to work. Did some shopping after my last paper for some baking stuff. Bought my Hand mixer at 30% cheaper than NTUC. Pretty happy with the mixer.
So for that 1 week, I made Tako ball, sandwiches and many other things.

Went back to Pratt for work on the 29th May. It's all reports, SAP, expense claim, travel claim again. Still pretty happy with it.

June
June should usually be my most happiest month but nope, i wasn't that happy for quite a few reasons.
But since it's over, I shouldn't dwell over it. Moving on, June was work related. Getting more familiarise with the new engineers in the company. Overall it's been a year since I am back working again.
Supper late at night with the usuals.

July
It's working again and getting quite frustrated with some people. I don't mind if you look down on me but I mind if you don't submit your work properly. Is okay if people look down on me as this is the time I can grow to proof that you are wrong.
Met up with the Uni mates. I was glad that I met good uni mates that help to cheer and pull each other. And guess what, the good Uni mates only appeared in Year 3. -___- Why did you girls appear so late?!? My year 1 and 2 were quite bad. It's not that I am very bad to mix with but is just that I might have mess with the wrong people? Poly mates to Uni mates might not be a very good choice for me.

Fell sick at the same time same day as last year. I suppose is a yearly affair thing.

August
It's the last month of working in Pratt. 1 year of on off working. In this 1 year, I learnt how to deal with irritating shit people.

It's also the month that I decided to sign up for TOPIK (Test of proficiency in Korean) and to switch myself over to SKIS (Singapore Korean International School).
Is a very major steps I took because when I started with NUS. I didn't expect myself to do a switch. SKIS wasn't my choice as it's too far in Geylang. I thought I could continue them all the way to advance. But NUS was such a major turn off! As and when, they LOVE to e-mail us and say, "Not enough students. Please switch yourself to the weekday class." And when you switch to weekday, it's more than 20 students in the class when they mentioned it will be less than 20 people. When you questioned them via e-mail, they ignored you. And when they finally open up the slot for Saturday, and you e-mail them for a switch to Saturday, they blame you for switching here and there. I don't see any differences as what they did was to strike off your name and write it down at the next class name list. Is that very difficult? Like seriously, I don't see myself going to improve in such an environment. The teachers I met in NUS was great for me. But the management was pissing me off everytime. Every time when my level ends, I worried that I do not have the class for the next level for me. And true enough, for my intermediate Level 2, they decided to closed down the saturday class because they wanted to give it to the Beginner level class as their students crowd are larger. So I concluded that they don't earn much from my class since they are willing to give up a group of 10 or more which are very determine to learn all the way to Advance Level. In case you do not understand, in the beginner level, there are about 25 people in a class. As you proceed higher, the number of people decreases. It's not the case for my class. It's the same for every class.

So, let's talk about my experience with SKIS while I went there for my TOPIK payment. The moment I alighted from the taxi, I felt like I was in KOREA. The school, the people, the sound. I felt like I was back to Kyunghee again, the feeling just came back straight. Walking to the admin office, all I heard was Korean only. I felt like I will be out of the way if I speak English, that I spoke Korean so easily like in Korea. I was even more surprise by myself that I could help to do translation for 2 girls from NTU so easily. Apart from the few incidents in Korea, I have not help anyone with any translation work for the past 1 year. And I am serious about that.
Spoke to 1 admin guy and 2 teachers within that 2 hours. And I was even more determine to switch over.
However, the downside of SKIS is that it is located in such a deserted area that I feel like I had risked my life walking all the way down. There weren't much people on my way down and there were only 2 taxi, 1 car and 1 van that passed by me. It is the first time I felt so scared walking in Singapore.

September
Baked cupcakes, met up with friends, went for harry potter exhibition, went for some scrapbook making lesson, revise Korean and many more within the past 16 days. Life is interesting so far. Still do not have the drive to look for a full time job yet as I'm really afraid to step into workforce. Stepping into workforce equals to work all the way till you are old. I'm afraid of that. But I guess I shall face it soon. =)

Till then, I shall update my Seoul experience soon.

Exams are here again.

I really hate the process. Is like, I've studied but another part of me feels that I have not done enough.

I started early this year. Way too early because I am really worried. I really hope I can pass them well!
